I'm having a small problem with uninstalling this chat program. Even though vbulletin tells me it uninstalled I'm still seeing "MGC Chatbox Evo : Custom permissions" in my usergroups and when I try to set permissions for my new chat program it gives me database errors refrencing your program.

Is there some reason that doing "uninstall" through the admin>manage products, shouldn't have worked? What can I do to get rid of your program completely?
