Bring up the register templates:
AdminCP -> Style & Templates -> Search in Templates -> Search for Text "register", Search Titles Only = Yes.

On the resulting screen, any changed templates will display as red. Click the changed template name ONCE, then click the Revert button on the right side. (See attached picture for the location of the Revert button.)

Alternately, you can click View Original, then copy/paste any missing code into your changed template.
