ok i never tried this but i think i can try to help make a new Database with the same Database name you want to convert then go to your PhpMyAdmin "in you cpanel" then click on the Database you just made then click on sql and copy the Database and past it there and click go now

click on export and export it as a UTF-8 in a text file done..

again i never tried this so i dont know if it going to work....
