I've learned everything my whole life in french. It's different in french, well at least in Canada (just moved from Canada to the U.S.). I heard it was different, and I keep getting marks taken off on English essays, and math tests and stuff for it. So I was just wondering.
It's a big change in New York. In Canada, every single one of my classes were taken in french, except for my English course. Here I have to translate everything to English. I'm very lucky though, my math teacher is my neighbor, and she knows my parents, and she bumped my mark up from a 60 to a 80 because we were doing word problems, and she knows I don't understand it that well. So she just pretended like I never did those tests.
