1. Probably just modify the MEMBERINFO template to add something.

2. Are you wanting to add colors to usergroup (look at usergroup manager > select usergroup > Username HTML Markup) or you want your list to have that bar at the top that tells the colors of the usergroup? If the bar is what you want, try a search on "usergroup*" in "all mods" "titles only"
