I believe the only options are:
E-mail

I'd suggest you make a forum for reported posts, make it invisible for standard users and just make all reported posts go to there:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Infractions & Post Reporting Options -> Post Reporting Discussion Forum.

You may also want to do the same for infractions:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Infractions & Post Reporting Options -> User Infraction Discussion Forum.

Turn email reporting off:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Infractions & Post Reporting Options -> Post Reporting Email -> No Email.
