Sorry if this is already posted somewhere else but I can't seem to find it...

I would like to edit the "No permission" message displayed when someone clicks on a forum they do not have permission to access. I want to do this because I am selling access to certain forums and want to be able to put in that no permission message a link to the sales page so they can get permission. Any ideas how to do this?
