Is there such a modification out there which will allow me to chat (like face book chat) - a bar along the bottom with a list of online users etc

But i want to know if it will allow such a feature that would allow me to talk to guests, where i can click 'guest 1' for example send them a message and it would pop up on there screen, i think this could be an effective way for me to get more members to sign up to my forum, it would be nice if they could respond back to me also (with out having to register)
