I wanted to see if there are any mods out there (or seed the idea in someones head) which basically mandate a weighted spell check to post content on post creation by user group.

While many browsers have spell check, and there are mods out there which allow post spell checking in VB 3.7... they don't really force the idea. This can lead to a lot of annoying grammatically incorrect "spelling disaster" posts. I believe this same kind of thing could be applied to anti-spam measures as well. A configurable weighted post filter that returned an error message if it didn't meet the required criteria could discourage unintelligible postings. I am actually surprised this kind of thing does not exist already (unless I am blind and it exists elsewhere)
