Ahh, thanks for the clarification! I've done precisely the steps detailed in this thread, but similar threads don't seem to be showing up for me

Thread Display Options > Show Similar Threads? YES

Message Searching Options > Automatic Similar Thread Search YES

Maintenance > Update Counters > Rebuild Similar Threads DONE

But similar threads aren't being listed when I tab out of the Title field and into the message body field. Any ideas?
