hai
i have utf-8 forums
the problem is when i try to use product which is not saved as utf , the hook does not work right , because the language shows words like that (??????????)
i did try to convert the product to UTF by using the notepad and saving(XML files) as utf-8 but its no use the same problem reappear !
so , what is the right way to do it
