I looked at your forum and I think you have a great idea (mainly because I have the same forum for my town.) But to help build a more active member base, change it up a bit so that its focused more on Orlando topics than generic topics. For example, on my board, I have a forum for local events (that I welcome local promotors to post in - for now. Eventually, this will become a paid sponsorship.), local sports (college, semi-pro and pro), local news (dedicated only towards my town), etc...

I can go on and on but I think you get my drift. Just some C&C. Good luck!!!
