I have this tag cloud on the right column of my home page.

It has 5 font size levels.

The css is:

Works just fine except the color portion on either 5 a:level#

For example, level 1 and 3 does not show #ff9900 color at all. I did a hard refresh and even proved something very weird is happening because I made level 1 32px in font size to quickly test it, font size blew up to 32px just fine on refresh.

So if someone can figure out why the color portion is not taking effect, would appreciate that help.
