That was the problem THE WHOLE TIME!!! The Community did not recognize me as a vBulletin owner when I first started trying this so I COULD not see the download in the author's OP. For some reason (even though I had linked my e-mail weeks ago) it just acknowledged me yesterday. I just went over there and got it and KABOOM!! it's on and working
