Everything on the install went fine, videos are showing up. However on the main video page the thumbnail pictures of the images of the video arent showing up at all, I even went into admincp and tried to rebuild the pictures...no luck.

Also when I go to upload a video I get this error message:

**** So then I went to CHMOD and 777 that path and my server gives me this message:**

Command: SITE CHMOD 777 class_youtubehd.php
Response: 550 Could not change perms on class_youtubehd.php: Operation not permitted
