Yes, everything was double-checked before I asked for help.

But this is on a test board with a number of other add-ons I am trying. I installed your staff app on my live board to see what happens, and it works fine. So all I need to do is find out which of the other add-ons may be interfering, and make sure it's resolved before installing it on the live board.

When I find out, I will post back here in case anyone else runs into the same issue.
