A user informed me that threads with punctuation in the title weren't showing up in searches, and he's right. An example thread title:

word1.word2.word3.2000

Searching word1 or word2 or word3 doesn't make this thread show up. In fact, searching word1.word2.word3.2000 exactly doesn't make the thread show up. Why isn't the indexer properly indexing this title?

We're running 3.8.4 using the vBulletin search engine (not MySQL fulltext).
