Can anybody (unless there already is and I didnt find it) create a mod to 'Tag' current members in pictures? Facebook uses it and something like their system would be perfect for my forum. Basically you can 'Tag' another member in a picture by selecting an area of the image and associating it with a user. Then whenever somebody looks at that picture they can see the person who was tagged by holding the mouse over the tagged people list below the picture like this.

Let me know what it will take. I would be willing to kick in a few $ if somebody could create this flawlessly for me
