this MOD looks for a code in the footer, if you have changed the footer or removed links it will not work

in your footer look for

<if condition="$show['modcplink']"><a href="$modcpdir/index.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[mod]</a> -</if>

underneath this code add

<if condition="$vboptions['T4U_pri']"><a href="$vboptions[bburl]/privacy_policy.php">$vbphrase[privacy_policy]<a> -</if>



also you may need to install
