Hello, I am currently trying to design a forum for a friend, and am having a few issues with how to do things.

This is what I am trying to get it to look like:

I have everything figured out except for the two shadowbars on the left and right, and the bar directly under the logo. (the red arrows are pointing to them)

Can anyone tell me how to add those areas?

Also, it needs to remain fluid.
