I don't know. If zshare works then viddler should too. If you give me a link to your site I will take a look. If you want you can PM me an admin username/pass and ftp pass and I will try to fix it. Otherwise, unless it is happening to someone else I don't think I can fix it.

Did you follow all of my "optional instructions"? You need to upload the image and edit the template.

The image has to go in your styles directory. Your style might have changed it. You can find the location from admincp->styles & templates->Style Manager->Your Style->All Style Option->Button Images Folder

Also some mods, like this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=216688 , can change the template you need to edit.

Download the product, open it in notepad and search for "//You can edit the dimensions here" around line 30. Change the width and height there and then import it.
