Alert Board Off! Modification or Tutorial how to Move or Re-Locate

i was thinkin if we have somewhere any mod that i can move under navbar or anywhere that Alert Board Off Square Box thing? if we closed our board...

coz i have a delicate image header skin style and everytime i turn my board off and this box appear it breaks my header...so maybe it's better if i can move it under the navbar...but how can i do it if possible?

need some guide or help from any expert here if possible
