Attachments stored in a dir, not in MySql.

Ok, I know the thread number, post numer, user id and I can get the attachment name file, but when I look into the dir my file isn't named "myfile.gif" but "fileid.attach"

How can I show this file with php and html?

Solved, it can be showed also with a different extension.
