You have a fixed width background with a fluid style forum. It might line up ok on your resolution, but it doesn't on mine. From what I can see on the text that is actually over your background (which isn't a lot of it), it's very hard to read. If you're gonna go with the old paper style background, it should be blank. The text under the text is too hard on the eyes.
