We have MGC Chatbox Evo created by MGC, Version 2.3.2 installed on a vBulletin 3.8.4

Chat seems to be working well for most posters but locks up for a few so far.

One reported this error.

When I go to the bottom of the forum index or the full chat window all I get is a gray loading screen. If I completely close any browser window with Mellophant open and reopen a new browser window I can see chat. But after a few post chat locks up and all I get is a pop-up saying a chat is in progress please wait. I have waited more than 30 min to no avail. I was not having this problem before the chat upgrade. I use Fire fox on a vista machine. If you need any more info just let me know. Or if you need me to test any fixes you might sugest.
