vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Mini Mods - Ban or Password reminder in user profile

When I click the "Password Reminder" link I get a screen with the following message:

"Click the button below to send a password reminder to " [SEND]

Note it's missing their name or user ID or whatever should be there.

If I click send it gives me the following error:

"You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator."

What do I need to fix?
