Assign Points to Question - Similar to Experts-exchange

Are there any mods currently that will allow you to let people assign points to each question. Then, others try to answer the question. When the questioner get an answer he's satisfied with, he can award the points to the answerer. Basically, something similar to Experts-exchange.
