Try searching in the Styles Area or maybe do a google search for "vbulletin styles" and try the styling providers that may be able to accommodate your needs. Peggy from themesbydesign.net has some holiday themed styles that are easily customized to the dimensions you are asking for.

edit: if you were looking for styles that is. In anycase, wouldn't hurt to try peggys site for that header image you are wanting.
