What Part of the Mod Triggers this and Why in some Boards and apparently Not in Others (Webmasters should check the "phrasetype" table to see if it's Damaged or Intact containing the Phrases not associated with a Product that have an Empty Value in the "product" Column of that Table)?

How can this be Fixed??

How can this Table be Reconstructed?

Do we have to Fill the Table Manually, or is there a way to Correct it in some other way?
