I am wondering how to add a scrolling RSS feed much like the one here below the banner on this site?

I have found the exact feed they are using there here:
http://widgets.cc/rss/ticker/

Basically what i'd like to do is, for example, put a feed scroller for the "league" in the league forum then put a "team news" scroller in my teams forum. Both are different feeds. The current setup i have now is just copying/pasting the rss code in the ad placement "navbar" setting & is just temporary till i figure out how to do it that other way....
