If you go to say the 3.8 releases forum and hover over the titles the tooltip gives useless information.

Almost every releases has a [description] like the one above.

My suggestion is a customization to the package that lets you set a "introduction" text and a "description" for a modification while submitting it to vborg, that will appear just as such in the thread.

And have the download forum, where threads like those are listed, aka, .. releases .. to show the "intro" part or a trimmed version of the "description" as tooltip, rather then the current first 250 chars which are sort of useless in most threads.

Just a thought

And, if someone wants to make this and release it at no cost on vbulletin.org so other release sites can use it, yay.
