We have very old UBB software, version 6.2.1

We'd like to convert to vBulletin, but the vBulleting conversion system doesn't work with that version. We'd like to hire someone to do the work for us, but I have no idea how to find someone to do the work.

In a followup to the article Do Your Research Before Hiring! there's a reference to the service request section. But I can't find such a section.

Is there one? How can I search for someone to help us?
