How can I like, when someone click on a section I set, it will redirect to a page.

Just give an example, let's say the section is XXX

So when someone click on it, instead of opening it, it will redirect to a page like, some "Terms of service about the Adult Content" and Down there with 2 buttons "Enter only if your 18 and above" or "Leave Now if your under 18"

Is there any mod or add on that can achieve this function??
