Have you changed the extension to .png in the post icon manager and set the correct path? It's still showing as icon1.gif when you should have changed it to icon1.png

Alternatively, go into your admincp >> vboptions >> Thread Display Options (showthread) and scoll down to Show Default Post Icon and make sure the path is correct in the field.

Try inserting these both in the post icon manager images/icons/icon1.png and in the Thread Display Options (showthread) options that I mentioned above. that will fix your problem. http://forums.jetgaming.org/images/icons/icon1.png
