Samples 1 and 2 are horizontal banners.

 is a placeholder which will show horizontal banners, or better, banners which are located at position 0. the Placeholders don't show banners by ID, else they won't rotate at all. At the current state of development, you may use up to 10 different banner locations for any number of banners each. Banner locations 0 and 1 reflect the old positions horizontal and vertical respectively.
