Something is seriously wrong when trying to add youtube.

1st issue
When I click in "Load Information" it says please wait and nothing happens.

2nd issue
When I try to manually add a video without load information, I get the following message.

I have installed this product without any problems and correctly setup permission. Can you help me ....
