You get the white screen only when playing games or from other arcade screens? Have you modified any of the templates? Do you have any other arcade system installed? If v3A is the only arcade system you have installed, try re-importing the product XML making sure that you select the option to "Allow ovewrite" during the import.

I got 2 email from forum about this error 2 day ago at same time 17 August 2009 17:41, sent by database error email and i don't know when it happen, may be after i install it.

As a matter of fact.... yes. We have switched the status from Alpha to Beta and are just seeing what feedback we get from first Beta release at this point. We have locked the set of new features & code rewrites and are now concentrating on any remaining issues & cleanup. Unless any show stoppers are found with Beta builds, we should be at Gold status shortly.

Do you have option turned to automatically do the template updates? If yes, then does the problem also happen with the stock vB default style or only with a custom style that you're using?
