Also you can download the php.ini file from your server via FTP or File Manager then open in a text editor like Notepad++.

So is your host just saying that or do they have updated PHP?
All I know is sometimes old deprecated code will cause you problems, I just spent 9 + 2 so a total of 11 hours hunting down old code in templates that Firefox does not like at all anymore since 3.5 but only had problems when we upgraded to 3.8.3

so it can be a number of things at any given time depending on one or many factors.
