No, I can't tell what the problem is just by seeing it. It's a style issue in your case and so the only thing I can suggest is comparing the styles.

If I were to take a guess, I noticed your vbulletin init stuff was inside a form and I would take that back out of there and put it were it's supposed to be. In other words, compare your footer template to the default footer template.
