Found this:
AdminCP --> Styles & Templates --> Style Manager (Select Go)
At the very end of that page, the last box is titled: Text Editor Control Styles

Play with those colors.
What you want is the "Background" value inside the "Editor buttons in normal state" category.

This website has color codes to put in there.
