I am looking for a system or mod that would enable me to select what Threads would be premium threads that only Paid Subscription would be able to obtain the link to.

Only Admins would be using this.

I don't want this to only work within 1 forum but rather when ever I post a thread that has my own content, I could hide the link to all free users.

I have seen this system on other vB sites but can not find it?

Is there anything like this?
