I fixed the problem on my own. For those of you that have this problem, here is the resolution. You need to go into the style manager for the theme and modify the CSS properties. You need to put
http://www.yourdomain.com/... before every url CSS property. There is an additional CSS box at the bottom of style manager that wasn't updated properly which is why I wasn't seeing my navbar background images. They all said url(images/.../...). They need to say url(
http://www.yourdomain.com/images/forum/.. or wherever your images folder is.
