Make sure that you have your Forum URL set correctly in the admin cp.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Site Name/URL/Contact Details > Forum URL

Another issue would be if you're using a vBadvanced portal and how you have it set it up. That was discussed a few pages back I believe. This mod works perfectly for me, though.
