I believe I figured this out. Depends on what goal basis is used: Month, Month w/ Custom Reset, or Year.

This is a standup plugin evidenced by all that have and are using it. I have some feature requests, but wouldn't want to have you change this one for its simplicity. Would you be willing to take some payment for development of a variant of this?
