I don't think this will happen, as I'm not using this mod. It must be be created by the author of any Arcade modification to implement reducing points of vBExperience, f.e. via Custom Points.

User always got 0 points if they download something. Only uploads counts.
Downloads are NOT part of the modification, it really just counts uploads and views of it.
