What I did was edit the template: video_add

1. Find: $usernamecode (and delete this) That adds the logged in as line which in my opinion is a waste of space.

2. In same template find: align="right">$vbphrase[category]: and change it to "left".

This is how I cleaned up the template and saved a bit of room at the top as well
