How do I add a Pic to the top of my forum? (Please see attchment).

Hi Guys,

As the title says... I am looking at adding a small clickable link at the top of my forum (as indicated "ringed" in my attachment. I need it to be a clickable link and I know the BBCode for that.

Would some one please tell me where I need to go to add it and where exactly, I need to add my BBCode Please?
