My application for vbulletin may be a little different than standard. I am using this for our posting for our customer and internal employee base so spam isn't an issue. I set up all of the forums, users and user groups manually and there isn't any registration allowed.

Do you think there may be a way to use special programming for this to work or some kind of hack?
