QUESTION: People Icon Chnaged to Blank Target Link to Full Chat

Can you please tell me how to alter the link of the people icon in this hack so that it opens my full screen chat in a new blank window as the target.

I was able to code it so the Icon of the people links to my main chat and not the integrated chat.... now all that is left is to get the target to work.

Can you please tell me what I have to change and the correct code.
