Unregistered users will never be able to play, as a userid is required internally for things to function, they don't have one.

As for your winning streak, not normal, but everyone gets their lucky streaks

Adobe - it is a flash based plugin, any browser needs a flash plugin to run it.

I'm quite sure it is permissions, I'm not sure how it is sometimes avoided, but if I go here:

I get a "Forbidden" error, meaning I don't have permission to load that image. It could be that some of them are readable, and others not, not sure as I can't check that.

Where as if I do the same on my site:

I get a image.

Your not the first person I've had ask me about this, correcting the permissions should get it going for you.
